She frowned at his words, looking at him with a sigh. "You weren't boring me.." Her sense of security and comfort immediately left as he pulled away. She coughed lightly at the smoke then sighed. "I'm going to sleep..." She trailed off, a frown still on her lips as she walked towards the bedroom where they had practically just had sex.

She crawled into the bed and pulled the covers up to her shoulder, laying on her side. She inhaled the scent of Mikio from the pillow, and ended up pulling it to the side so she was hugging it before she slowly fell asleep.

Mikio pursed his lips, quickly burning through his cigarette and three more before finishing the entire bottle of alcohol. After about an hour, he got up. He walked into the bedroom. He saw Nataline sleeping and he smiled noticing how she was clutching the pillow in her arms. Mikio crawled into bed on the other side of her. He placed his glasses on the bedside table before he laid on his back, closing his eyes. After a moment, he sighed, rolling over and pulling her against him, his arms wrapped around her small waist. It was only ten minutes before he slowly fell asleep as well.

Nataline was awoken form the sound of the loud dryer beeping, indicating it was finished. She moved to get up, noticing that Mikio had his arms around her. She sighed gently and turned slowly around in his arms, pressing her lips to his forehead ever so lightly. He smelt like vodka and smoke, which made her frown.

With a silent sigh she slowly slid out of his arms, looking at him once she stood up from the bed. She lightly brushed hair from his eyes before going to the dryer and pulling her clothing out, getting dressed then folding the clothing of his up, placing it on the bed once she walked back there.

Nataline looked at him once more before retreating to the kitchen and finding paper and a pen, writing down a quick note.

Thank you for the wonderful evening kurosawa-sensei. But you looked so peaceful that I decided not to wake you, and instead, will be walking to the transit station and taking the bus home. I'll see you tomorrow.

She set the pen down on the counter then walked silently back to the bedroom, placing it on the folded clothing she ha on the edge of the bed. She then quickly unlocked the cat from the cage in the living room and got her shoes on, looking back once more before opening and closing the door silently behind her, begging to walk to the transit station.

Mikio awoke when he felt his cat curled up in a ball on his face. He groaned, pushing her off. He noticed Nataline wasn't there and he blinked. He slowly peeled off the covers from his body as he looked over at the clock. It was 3am. He sighed, walking out into the laundry room. He noticed the clothes had been removed. He then walked into the kitchen and picked up the piece of paper there. Mikio read it and smiled, carrying it over to the fridge. He pinned it up with a magnet before retreating to his bedroom and falling asleep. He pulled the pillow that she was holding close to him, and smelled it. It smelt like Nataline, her sweet sweet aroma making him sigh. He quickly fell asleep again, holding the pillow.

It didn't take her long to return home, close to 30 minutes. She sighed and just walked up to her room, crawling into her bed and falling asleep.


The sun, like usual, caused Nataline to open her eyes with a groan. SHe sat up and rubbed her eyes, her body sore from last night. With a sigh she slowly stood up and moved to the bathroom, washing her face then combing her hair. Since she showered last night, she didn't have to shower again today; and seeming as she was still in her uniform, she was able to grab an apple then walk to school.

Like usual she arrived there early, sighing happily as she walked up to the english classroom door and then slid down the wall, looking at the opposite hallway wall.

Mikio was awoken by his cat pushing at his face with her paws. He grumbled, his eyes opening. He peeled the blankets off of his body. He yawned, then stretched. Mikio glanced at the clock. It was six thirty. He sighed, getting up and walking into the bathroom. He quickly showered, shaved, brushed his teeth then combed his hair. He didn't even bother styling his hair today as he walked into the bedroom to get dressed. He wore dress pants and a white dress shirt. He quickly made himself breakfast, fed the cat and drove to work. He was thankful he had no papers to mark last night. When he got to the school, he lounged around in the staff room for a while before he walked down the hallway to his classroom. He smiled to himself as he saw Nataline sitting beside the door.
"Ms. Brooks," Mikio greeted as he pulled out his keys and unlocked the door, letting her in and turning on the lights.

"Morning." She smiled as she walked in and set her books down on the desk where she usually sat, yawning lightly. "You didn't style your hair I see." She smiled lightly and sat down on the desk, swinging her legs lightly.

"Does it look bad like this?" Mikio asked as he brought his papers to his podium, setting them down as he looked up at her. He then turned his attention to his black hair hanging in his face. He let out a heavy breath, his hair flying up slightly before resting back on his forehead. He tucked some hairs behind his ears, flipping it to the side. "Ugh, this is annoying," he grumbled, regretting not styling it.

"No it looks fine." She giggled as he complained. Her own hair was falling in her eyes but she just brushed them away. "I need my hair cut though." She frowned, hanging her head down so her hair hung down. She giggled and flipped her hair back up with a flick of her neck, her hair now slightly messy.

Mikio smiled at her, "I think it looks fine like that," He commented, tilting his head to the side as he smiled. He began to sort through his papers. There was exactly fifteen minutes until the first bell rang. He began to scribble down notes, his gaze often turning up to look at Nataline before back down at his papers.

Nataline chewed her lip lightly, watching him since she didn't have anything better to do. This is so awkward... She thought to herself, wanting more then anything to walk up to him and kiss his lip. At the thought she bit her lip hard, casting her eyes down at her bag.

After a few minutes passed, Mikio turned his gaze up at Nataline. "Something on your mind?" He asked, peering at her over his glasses. She seemed uncomfortable, and was shifting around alot in her seat. He frowned slightly, wondering if she didn't want to be here. "You don't have to be in class right now... you still have twelve minutes to do whatever you want," He said.

She looked at him, an eyebrow raised. "I'm fine." She whispered, sighing lightly and running her hand through her hair. "don't have any friends." She muttered miserably then spun around on the desk and slid into her seat, thumping her head down on the desk lightly and glaring down at the floor. Ugh this is so awkward...I swear if it doesn't get any better I will march right up to the podium and just kiss him.

"Oh," Mikio frowned, resting his face on his hand. He thought she would have tons of friends, seeming she looked like that type of girl. He kept his gaze on her, studying her face carefully. She seemed restless. He didn't know what to say. "Are you alright, Ms. Brooks?" He asked, tilting his head to the side in curiosity.

"Oh yeah, perfectly fine." She sighed and got up, not able to take it any longer. She quickly walked up to the podium and grabbed Mikio's collar after looking at the door. He then pressed her lips against his, pulling away after a moment. "You tempt me too much." She grumbled, letting go of his collar with a sigh.

Mikio's eyes widened as he was suddenly kissed, he kissed back before she suddenly pulled away. He chuckled, straightening out his collar. "Oh? So that's it. Was last night not enough to satisfy you?" He teased, sticking his tongue out at her for a moment before he glanced over at the door. It was silent and empty. He returned his gaze to her before he leaned down and kissed her again, wrapping his arms around her waist.

She kissed him back, sliding her hands under his shoulders, gripping the tops of them. When their' lips separated she spoke. "Actually...no." She whispered, then pressed her lips to his once more, with more force.

Mikio's eyes widened before he smirked against her lips, kissing her back passionately. He didn't know why he felt so attracted to her lips, it was weird. Unusual and unfamiliar. But he didn't care. Mikio laced his hand in her hair, gripping it tight in his fingers, his other hand wrapped around her waist.

Her fingers gripped the fabric of his vest and shirt as they kissed passionately. After several minutes she pulled their lips apart, gasping for air. "Do you have any free classes today?" She whispered, letting a hand slid out from under his arm, her fingertips running down his chest.

"Third and fourth block," Mikio replied, trying to catch his breath as he looked down at her, his fingers running through her blonde hair. "Why do you ask?" He questioned, tilting his head to the side in slight curiosity.

"Because I have those blocks off too.." She whispered, looking up at him then resting her head on his chest, sighing gently. "And out of curiosity. I might pay a visit." her voice was soft as she ran her hands down to his stomach then back up.

Mikio smiled, pulling his hands from her hair and waist. "Oh? And why is that?" He asked, slight tease hinted in his voice. "I thought you were a top student, Ms. Brooks. Why would you ever wish to visit your cranky old English teacher on your spares?"

"Because i read ahead and did extra work in ENGLISH and Science." She pouted and took a step back incase someone came in and she was still clinging to him. "Plus your not cranky.. all the time." She was hinting last night. But just as a warning, I'm going back to my usual bitchy self during classes." She smirked and spun on her heels as the bell rang and walked back to her desk, sitting down.

"I am most of the time," Mikio replied, sighing. When the bell rang, he quickly flipped open his binder of notes and grabbed the textbook from the desk. He noticed the students begin to pour in, trying to sit as far away from the front row as they possibly could. He ran his hand through his loose hair as he put on his emotionless expression, a slight smirk playing on his lips as he waited for the second bell to ring.

Nataline smirked and cracked her knuckles then her neck. The person sitting beside her moved a seat and she laughed, smiling at him. The student blinked then quickly looked away. "Let the fun begin." She whispered as the second bell rang.
