Ryuu felt Tetsu's lips against his, and he returned the kiss. He was disappointed as Tetsu pulled away; wanting to continue kissing him. 'Of course.' He felt Tetsu's warm forehead resting on his, and stroked Tetsu's cheek with his fingers, about to kiss him again until Tetsu pulled away, again. Ryuu looked away, disappointed, as Tetsu was wiping his face and underarms, with a wash cloth. He was soon led back to Tetsu's room, as it was obvious Tetsu was making sure Ryuu kept a close distance to him. He leaned on the wall in Tetsu's room, as Tetsu was looking through drawers of clothing. He saw Tetsu throw him clothes, and caught them. He recognized them as a white dress shirt and a pair of black pants. He smirked, wondering if they would fit him well enough. He stripped off his clothes, until he was in his boxers, and slid on the dress shirt, and pants on. The dress shirt went past his knees, and the pants kept sliding down.. He sighed as he hobbled over to Tetsu's closet, walking inside. He came back out with a belt, as he wrapped it around his waist, tying it tightly. This managed to keep the pants from sliding down, even though it was still clearly obvious they were too big for him. He quickly looked through drawers, pulling out black socks, that were Tetsu's. The socks were big enough to be long enough to be thigh high on his legs. He slid on his own pair of shoes, then looked at Tetsu. "Ready?" he said smiling softly.

Tetsu quickly got changed himself, pulling out a tux from the back of his closet. It was black with gray stripes and a red flower broach pinned to the collar. He then walked over to his drawers, sliding them open. He pulled out a small bracelet that he had received from Matsura and Hideki last Christmas. He tied it around his wrist, letting out a deep sigh. He closed his eyes tight for a moment, feeling the grief shiver through his body. Tetsu then straightened himself out, checking his tie in the mirror before he turned to Ryuu and smiled weakly. "Alright," He whispered, taking his hand and leading him out into the kitchen. He saw Kyou slouched over the table, and he frowned. "Hurry up, we have to leave in ten minutes," Tetsu grumbled. Kyou nodded, yawning as he walked past them. Kyou reached over, grabbing Ryuu's ass and squeezing it before he ran off laughing to the guest room. Tetsu fumed, clenching his teeth tight as he pulled Ryuu tight against him defensively, even though Kyou was gone now.

He felt Tetsu take his hand, and he blushed lightly, as he walked with Tetsu, hand in hand. As they walked into the kitchen, he noticed Kyou slouched over the table. 'Hurry up, we have to leave in ten minutes,' Tetsu had told him, sounding annoyed. Kyou had yawned, and got up lazily. Just when he thought Kyo was on his way to the guest room, he felt someone grope his butt. He squeaked in reaction as he spun around, to see Kyou laughing to himself; running off to the guest room. Ryuu stood there flabbergasted, as his whole face was bright red, from being groped. He suddenly felt Tetsu pull him tightly against him, with a great sense of protection. Tetsu had reminded him of a mama bear protecting her cubs, as he smiled to himself. "It's alright Tetsu.." he said softly. "Let's just focus on the funeral, okay?" he said softly, as he laid his head against Tetsu's chest, still in his arms.

Tetsu pursed his lips, then nodded slowly as he let his arms drop. "Alright," He murmured, walking into the kitchen, dragging Ryuu behind him. He simply threw some bread into the toaster and waited for it to cook. They didn't have the time to make anything special for breakfast. He looked down at Ryuu, frowning lightly. He wondered if Ryuu would last for the funeral, what if he ended up having a craving for human blood while they were there? That would defiantly not be good. Tetsu shrugged the thought off, knowing that Ryuu had more self control that. When he heard the toast pop he pulled it out, coating each piece with a little bit of butter. He gave one to Ryuu, then ate one himself. He hadn't made any for Kyou, he could starve for all Tetsu cared.

Ryuu looked around the kitchen, as he waited for the toaster to be done. He wondered how Kyou would act at the funeral. Would there be conflict between Kyou and Tetsu? Ryuu then paused, remembering he was the one who killed the woman. He wondered how Tetsu felt about him coming to the funeral. He felt ashamed, ready to tell Tetsu he couldn't go..Ding! He heard the toaster's timer ring. He watched as Tetsu pulled out the pieces of toast, spreading butter on them. He saw Tetsu look at him, handing him one of the pieces. He took it slowly, then started to nibble on it. He remembered they didn't have much time, so he began to take bigger bites. His mind still lingered on how it was his fault.. "Well then, let's go, shall we?" he said quickly, not looking at Tetsu at all. He hurried over to the front door, unlocking it hurriedly before Tetsu could get to him, as he opened the door, rushing outside. He saw his breath in the ice cold air, as he breathed heavily, shivering.

Tetsu frowned as he noticed Ryuu's sudden change in mood. He shrugged it off as he finished his toast as well. "We'll be in the car!" Tetsu called down the hallway to Kyou. He didn't even care if Kyou heard him as he walked over to the entrance way, sliding his keys into his pocket. He stepped outside then walked over to the car. The cold air instantly nipped his cheeks and he shivered. He quickly scurried over to the car and unlocked it. He opened the passenger door for Ryuu, figuring Kyou could sit in the back. He closed the door once Ryuu sat inside, then he walked over to the drivers side. He got in, shutting the door quickly and turned the car on. The heaters automatically blared on, quickly filling the cold vehicle with warm air. He rubbed his hands together as he waited for Kyou. A few minutes passed and he growled, slamming his fist down on the horn. Kyou scurried from the door and ran over to the car, nearly slipping on the ice a few times. Once Kyou was in the car, Tetsu began to drive, sighing to himself.

Ryuu followed Tetsu to the car, immediately hopping in once Tetsu opened the door for him. He was about to say thank you, until Tetsu closed the door. He sighed, still shivering, as Tetsu got inside on his side. He felt the heater blast against his skin, as he sat there, still shivering. He closed his eyes, sighing, until he heard Tetsu slam on the horn multiple times, jumping in suprise. He heard Kyou enter inside the car, behind him, slamming the door shut, as he took a quick glance in the rearview mirror to look at him. Kyou looked different than usual, he couldn't quite put his finger on what, though. He looked outside the window, as Tetsu drove. He said nothing the whole car ride, staring outside.

Tetsu said nothing during the car ride either, it was silent. He was glad that Kyou wasn't blabbing on like usual, but found it strange that Ryuu was being so quiet. He couldn't help but feel a little worried, but he kept his eyes on the road.

Kyou was sitting behind Ryuu, staring out the window. He smirked to himself, then leaned forward. He slid his hand between the seat and the door, laying his hands on Ryuu's side. He began to caress him, sliding his hand lightly up his shirt, then towards the waist band of his pants. He slid his fingers in and out, stroking his sensitive skin with his index finger. He trailed down, wiggling his finger between his skin and his underwear. Kyou smiled to himself, loving how Tetsu didn't notice.

Ryuu sighed, closing his eyes gently, trying to fall asleep for a bit. Just as he was getting comfortable, he felt a hand on his side. Kyou? he thought, his eyes wide open. He felt Kyou's hand slide up his shirt, and he flinched, glaring at Kyou in the side mirror. He didn't want to cause a scene and make Tetsu angry again. He suddenly felt Kyou's hands slide toward his waistband, and slide down lower. He let out a soft moan, as he quickly covered his mouth, hoping Tetsu didn't hear.

Tetsu looked over when he heard a moan escape Ryuu's lips. He wondered why he would make such a noise now. He blinked, looking down to the source. He saw a hand in his pants, and not his own hand. Tetsu turned to look, seeing Kyou leaning over the seat. Tetsu snarled, slamming on the breaks quickly before he threw his seatbelt off and launched himself into the backseat. He tackled over Kyou, earning a loud yelp from him. Tetsu fired a few forceful punches at Kyou's face before he grabbed the collar of his shirt and smashed his face against the window. "Bastard!" Tetsu growled, slamming Kyou's face into the window again before he yanked him back. "You're driving. and Ryuu is sitting in the back," Tetsu told him, opening the back door and throwing him out. He leaned over and unbuckled Ryuu, pulling him into the back seat as well. Tetsu straightened out his clothes as he heard the driver door open and Kyou step in it. "Dick," Kyou grumbled, pulling the car into drive before he sped off down the road. Tetsu rolled his eyes, keeping Ryuu close to him.

Ryuu couldn't manage the words in his head to describe what happened between Tetsu and Kyou. As Kyou was thrown outside, to be driving now, Ryuu finally summed up the words in his head. Don't mess with Tetsu, he finally thought, as his seatbelt was unbuckled, and he was pulled into the backseat with Tetsu. As Tetsu was was straightening his clothes, he tried to say something, but again he just could not. He stared out the window, as Kyou sped down the road. He slowly closed his eyes, leaning his head against Tetsu's shoulder. He realized what he was doing, and quickly lifted his head, looking away.

Tetsu felt Ryuu's head on his shoulder and he smiled lightly, but then frowned when he lifted his head up. Tetsu pulled him back into his arms and held him tight. He felt so frustrated that Kyou was trying to steal Ryuu away from him, why couldn't he just leave? Tetsu sighed, kissing the side of his face lightly. He heard Kyou scoff from the front seat, but ignored it. He then turned Ryuu's head and kissed his lips softly.
"Okay. Okay. Okay. That's enough," Kyou snorted from the front seat, glaring at them through the mirror. "I'm sorry, okay? Just don't do that,"
Tetsu scoffed, "I'll do whatever I want. Ryuu is my boyfriend. Not yours, so whatever the hell makes you think you can go and wiggle your hands around in his pants is clearly misguided. So please. Shut up, for your sake, my sake, and Ryuu's,"
Kyou rolled his eyes, focusing back on the road. Tetsu could sense the annoyance coming from him, but he ignored it. He sunk back in his seat, wrapping his arm around Ryuu's waist and holding him close. He then froze, his face turning red. He just realized that he called Ryuu his boyfriend, a term that he had never used before. He wondered what Ryuu thought of it. Were they actually... close enough to be classified as that?

Ryuu was shocked as Tetsu, pulled him back, trying not to smile as his lips twitched a bit. Just as he expected nothing else to happen, he felt Tetsu's lips against his own. His face was a rosy shade of pink now. 'Okay. Okay. Okay. That's enough. I'm sorry, okay? Just don't do that,' Kyou had said obviously wearing an expression of great annoyance. Ryuu was still blushing, fiddling with his thumbs. 'I'll do whatever I want. Ryuu is my boyfriend. Not yours.' Ryuu suddenly sat up straight, eyes wide in great suprise. Did Tetsu just call me his boyfriend? Ryuu thought, as his face flushed into a deep scarlet red. His stomach felt tingly, as he repeated the word boyfriend in his head, over and over. Ryuu was still blushing deeply as he slid his hand into Tetsu's, looking away.

Tetsu remained quiet the entire car ride. He laid his head on top of Ryuu's, keeping his eyes closed. He didn't have a very good sleep last night, so he was catching up for it now. When he was almost asleep, the car yanked to an abrupt stop. Tetsu opened his eyes quickly, seeing they were in front of a church now. He sighed, unbuckling his seat belt, then doing the same for Ryuu. He helped him out, then quickly lead him to the front steps. He straightened himself out, then walked into the doors. He was glad to see they were a little bit early. The room was filled with despair and sadness, the room was dimly lit aside from the light pouring in through the stained glass windows and the illumination from the candles surrounding the coffin at the front of the church. Tetsu quickly took one of the pamphlets from the side tables and walked over to one of the pews, sitting down quickly.

Ryuu was lead outside to the chapel entrance, clearly with Tetsu's protection. As he entered the chapel, he found this depressing aura surround the room. He felt even guiltier by the second. His chest throbbed, but he held the pain in. He tried to maintain himself, as he sat by Tetsu. He looked over to the pamphlet Tetsu was reading. He felt the pain ache in his chest even more. He felt like he did not belong here at all; that he was a complete traitor. He looked around the chapel, hoping for some distraction. He stared at the coffin, then at the pews, then at the stained glass windows. Everything around him suddenly became blurred as he felt his eyes water. He laid his head against Tetsu's shoulder, hoping the funeral would go by quickly.

Tetsu looked down at Ryuu, frowning as he noticed how upset he was. "Are you sure you're going to be okay?" Tetsu whispered softly, making sure only Ryuu could hear him. He heard Kyou walk up behind them, sitting on the other side of Ryuu. Tetsu glared at Kyou, then proceeded to rub his young lovers back, his hand moving in soothing circles. He looked up, seeing Hideki in the front pew. He was holding something in his hand, hunched over his knees and bawling his eyes out. In fact, his crying was pretty much the only thing heard throughout the entire chapel. Tetsu wanted to drown it out, but he knew he wouldn't be able to. He just turned his gaze back down to his knees, pulling Ryuu close. He knew it didn't look suspicious, because it was common for people to hug and hold each other at funerals.

Ryuu nodded sulkily at Tetsu. He noticed Kyou sit by him and felt a sudden throbbing sensation in his chest again. It wasn't pain though... he felt himself blush lightly, then quickly shake his head, as if he could shake off his embarrassment. He noticed Hideki, the good friend of Tetsu and Kyou's, crying. Guilt lurched at him again. The crying seemed to drown out all his thoughts. He felt Tetsu suddenly pull him close to his side. He wondered if Tetsu was feeling great pain for the loss of this woman.. Ryuu still could not help but wonder who was Matsura to Tetsu? Did he have feelings for her before in the past? He felt jealousy slyly crawl up his back, and shuddered at the thought. This was no time to be jealous. He had to be respectable.. after all he was the one who killed her. If only he hadn't ran out the door, ignoring Tetsu..

The funeral went on fairly quickly much to Tetsu's relief. He hated this atmosphere, the sadness was almost overwhelming, drowning out every other emotion in the room. The entire time, Kyou had his arm wrapped around Ryuu's waist, holding Ryuu tight against him. Tetsu didn't notice this, he was to lost in thought. Kyou's hand ran in soothing circles on his thigh as he laid his head on Ryuu's shoulder.

Ryuu was blushing even more as Kyou had his arm around his waist, and was touching him, while his head was on his shoulder. He did not protest at all to his suprise, and sat there, without a word to say. He looked over at Tetsu, feeling a tinge of more guilt. He did not know what to do. He hoped the funeral would end soon enough, so he could get some fresh air.

The funeral ended within the hour, and Tetsu stood up as quick as he possibly could. Only then he noticed that Kyou had his disgusting hands wrapped around Ryuu. He snarled, giving him a nasty glare as he pulled Ryuu up and walked him out of the chapel. When they got to the car, Tetsu put Ryuu in the passenger seat before he made his way around to the drivers seat. He then turned the car on and backed up, not even bothering to wait for Kyou.
"Was he doing that the entire time?" Tetsu asked, speeding down the road. Tetsu's home was only twenty minutes away by car, so he figured that Kyou could drive or something. "Why didn't you say anything!?" He hissed, his voice was demanding and sharp. He felt horrible for being so questioning right after the funeral.

After the funeral, Ryuu walked outside with Tetsu, who seem like he was hurrying. "S-shouldn't you say something to Hideki?" Tetsu clearly hadn't heard him or was in a rush as he was opening the car's front door. He was led to the passenger seat by Tetsu, feeling like a child. He closed the door, sighing. As Tetsu was pulling out and start driving away, Ryuu began saying, "W-wait what about Ky--" he stopped himself, remembering Tetsu had witnessed the car scene and he would be more suspicious. 'Was he doing that the entire time? Why didn't you say anything?' Tetsu had said sounding furious. "Tetsu, calm down. We just came down from a funeral." He sighed again, facepalming. "It was natural for him to hold me, he probably needed someone to hold during the funeral. I was the closest one sitting to him. Plus I wouldn't want to make a scene in a funeral.. do you not trust me?" he said in a quieter tone. He felt another tinge of guilt this time. He figured he had to stay away from Kyou for a while; Kyou most likely was going to be kicked out since the funeral was over anyway. He didn't want these types of feelings to grow if Kyou stayed around.

Tetsu felt flames of rage lick at his body as he gripped the steering wheel tightly. "Trust you? Do I not trust you? Ryuu, how can I!?" He cried out, avoiding his gaze and staring at the road. "I trusted you before, and you betrayed me. Maybe if I wasn't so carefree we wouldn't even be here right now. I want nothing more in the entire world then to trust you, Ryuu, I love you for fucks sake! And yo-..." He faded off, finishing the sentence in his mind. You're a vampire, how can I trust you? He held the steering wheel tighter, feeling his entire body shudder in the hatred he had been containing for so long. Ever since he was a child, he had hated vampires, and now he was in love with one? But Ryuu's betrayal had only pulled his hatred back in and pushed Ryuu away, making him run to Kyou. "...I think it would be best if you moved out, Ryuu," He whispered, his voice nothing more then a mere croak. "If you don't have the money, I'll help you cover some expenses just..." He didn't even know what he was saying, he didn't want Ryuu to leave. He wanted to hold him close and never allow him to leave. Tetsu wanted to lock him up, throw him in a cage so he couldn't leave. But that was selfish. He closed his eyes tight for a moment before he turned his gaze back to the road. "...I just want what is best for you,"

Ryuu trembled in his seat, gritting his teeth. No matter he tried to hold it in, tears poured out of his eyes. "...How could you Tetsu..?" His tears were running down his cheeks more than ever. "Don't bother paying for me," he growled, as he opened the car door. He hesitated, watching the road whir by him outside. He finally unbuckled his seatbelt, and didn't bother saying goodbye. He quickly jumped out of the moving the car. He fell onto the road, greatly scraping his skin, and hurting his limbs. His whole body ached with pain, he was bleeding immensely, and his body felt all twisted. He struggled himself up, still crying. He didn't look back at Tetsu as he dragged himself, trying not to yelp in pain. He did not want to see the bastard again. He didn't know where to go now. Kyou... he thought suddenly. It was not like he had to worry about Tetsu getting enraged anymore. He managed to drag himself back to the church where the funeral was held; they had not driven far away. He spotted Kyou outside, and shouted to him desperately, "Kyou! He collapsed onto the ground. He stared at the sky blankly, and then closed his eyes. He didn't want to suffer anymore...

When Ryuu jumped out of the car, Tetsu slammed to a halt. Tetsu stared in the rear view mirror for a minute before he slammed on the gas, speeding back home. Warm tears were stinging his eyes the entire drive home, an empty hole in his heart.


Kyou was standing outside the chapel, grumbling to himself about the fact Tetsu had driven off without him. He then heard someone scream his name, and he looked up. He saw Ryuu, then watched him collapse in the snow. He stared at him, then quickly ran over to him. When he saw the condition Ryuu was in, he gasped. "Ryuu!" He exclaimed, quickly dropping to his knees and picking him up in his arms. "Oh god, Ryuu! What did that bastard do to you? I'll kill him!" He frowned, his voice filled with concern. His normally cock attitude was dropped in an instant. He actually really did care for Ryuu.

"Kyou.." Ryuu said weakly, grabbing with his all his strength, tightly to Kyou's shirt. His whole body was in pain, his eyes burned now from crying. "I-I need somewhere to stay.. Tetsu kicked me out." He had finally said it. His heart throbbed in pain also knowing Tetsu did not want him anymore. "So please.. if you could help me..." he ached, and then closed his eyes, passing out.
